Kingstree Auction Company, LLC Annual Fall Auction 2023 will be held Saturday, November 11th with a 9 AM start.

Terms & Conditions
SELLERS: Consignments are accepted Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (and Saturday by appointment only). No consignments will be accepted on the day before or the day of the auction. Owner needs to represent equipment.  KAC, LLC is not responsible for price protection. ALL vehicles must have title at the time of consignment. Title must be in consignor's name. Titles must be signed over in order for vehicle to be sold. You are required to carry fire & theft insurance on your equipment. Commission is 10% with a minimum $10 charge per tag.
BUYERS: There is a 10% premium when you bid onsite and additional 2% when bidding online. There is an in-house cap of $2500 per item plus the 2% internet fee( not capped).  South Carolina sales tax laws apply to all purchases. Farmers must have SCATE card showing eligibility for agriculture sales tax exemption.  No items will be loaded until paid in full.  All items must be paid for in full within 5 business days. There is a $100 document fee added to all vehicles.
Kingstree Auction Co, LLC accepts Cash, Good Check, and Bank Wire as payment.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. KAC, LLC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness. Please inspect all items prior to bidding and know what you are buying.  Buyers are responsible for loading, removal and transport of any purchase. KAC, LLC will assist with loading to the best of our ability but is in no way responsible for loading. Buyers must secure loads. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise through out the auction, however the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items immediately following their winning bid. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. You may preview items Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5pm
KAC reserves the right to add or delete for the auction. Due to circumstances beyond our control, a piece may be removed from auction. If you are interested in one particular piece, you may call us to confirm said piece has been delivered and checked in to the auction.
